Terms of Service

1. Private / Internal Use Only

Cadriel is intended solely for internal business operations of customer organizations. Accounts are created or invited by authorized administrators. Unauthorized public registration, scraping, resale, or misuse of the Service is prohibited.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

• Organization administrators are responsible for inviting Users, assigning roles, and keeping Worker contact information accurate.
• Users must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Workers may use Cadriel only for legitimate work assignments and related job communications authorized by their organization.
• You agree not to use Cadriel to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam messages.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

Cadriel may send automated SMS/text messages to Workers for operational purposes. These messages are transactional and related to workforce dispatch.

• Program description: Cadriel SMS alerts Workers about job assignments, schedule changes, dispatch updates, reminders, and related work notifications.
• Who receives messages: Only Workers whose phone numbers have been enrolled by an authorized organization for Cadriel notifications.
• Consent: By providing or confirming a mobile number for Cadriel, or by accepting employment/contractor onboarding that includes Cadriel SMS notifications, you consent to receive these operational texts.
• Message frequency: Frequency varies with work activity and may be several messages per day when jobs are actively assigned or updated.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. You may continue to receive non-SMS notifications through the app or email if those channels remain enabled by your organization.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact prologicatech@gmail.com.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No marketing to the public: Cadriel SMS is not used for public advertising campaigns. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts
• Interfere with Service availability or security
• Upload malicious code or misuse work-order content
• Use Cadriel SMS for unsolicited marketing to people who have not been enrolled as Workers

5. Organization Content and Work Orders

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of work orders, customer information, Worker data, and other content they submit to Cadriel. Cadriel processes this information to provide dispatch, tracking, invoicing-related, and notification features.

6. Third-Party Services

Cadriel relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, payments, and SMS delivery (including Twilio). Your use of those underlying services may also be subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect SMS delivery, or error-free parsing or dispatch of work orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CADRIEL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR SMS MESSAGES.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Organizations may stop using Cadriel and request account closure subject to any contractual arrangements.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Cadriel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
