Depending on how your organization uses Cadriel, we may collect:

• Account information such as name, email address, role, and organization affiliation
• Worker contact details provided by your employer, including mobile phone numbers used for SMS notifications
• Work-order and job details needed to operate dispatch, including job locations, schedules, and assignment status
• Device and usage information related to app or web access, such as login activity and approximate location when enabled by your organization
• Communications sent through the platform, including SMS delivery metadata

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Operate Cadriel for internal workforce dispatch and work-order management
• Send transactional SMS notifications to Workers about job assignments, schedule updates, reminders, and related operational messages
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent unauthorized access
• Provide support to authorized organizations
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the platform
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Worker phone numbers for public marketing or advertising to people outside an authorized organization.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Cadriel may send SMS messages to Workers whose phone numbers have been provided by their employer or organization for operational notifications. Typical messages include new job assignments, dispatch updates, and related work instructions.

• Consent: Phone numbers are collected and used for SMS only after an authorized organization enrolls a Worker and the Worker or organization has agreed to receive operational texts through Cadriel.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on job activity and may include several messages per day during active work periods.
• Opt out: Workers can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. After opting out, they will no longer receive Cadriel SMS notifications unless they re-subscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email prologicatech@gmail.com.
• Carrier notice: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers and related delivery data with our SMS service provider (currently Twilio) solely to send and manage these operational messages.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate Cadriel (for example hosting, authentication, email, and SMS delivery)
• The Worker's own organization and authorized administrators within that organization
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Service providers are permitted to process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service to the organization, meet operational and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Workers and organization administrators may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Because Cadriel is an employer/organization tool, some requests may need to be handled through your organization's administrator. SMS recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Children's Privacy

Cadriel is intended for workplace use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
